Kim Foreman, M.D. is Board Eligible, American Board of Orthopedic Surgery. Kim’s practice has an emphasis on sports medicine and arthroscopic surgery. He specializes in Sports Medicine, knees, and shoulders. His interests include ligament reconstruction and augmentation.

Degrees and Education
Dr. Foreman received his medical degree (M.D.) from Texas Tech University School of Medicine. He obtained his post graduate degree in 1982 from Texas Tech University, Health Sciences Center. Kim received his undergraduate degree in Biology from the University of Texas, Austin, Texas in 1976. He did his residency in Orthopedic Surgery at Texas Tech University, Health Sciences Center from 1982-1986. His fellowship was in Medicine at San Diego Knee and Sports, San Diego, California in 1987.
Awards and Appointments
Kim Foreman, M.D. was a National Merit Finalist and Alpha Omega Alpha. He received the Lange Medical Publications award. Kim was appointed Instructor in the Department of Orthopedic Surgery at Texas Tech University, Health Sciences Center from 1986 – 1987. He was also an Assistant Professor in the Department of Orthopedic Surgery at Texas Tech University, Health Sciences Center in 1988. Dr. Foreman was a Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Orthopedic Surgery at Texas Tech University, Health Sciences Center from 1985 – 1994. He is currently a member of the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons, the Texas Medical Association, the Smith County Medical Society and the Texas Society of Sports Medicine.
