Transcribe dictation by physicians and other healthcare providers in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring quality patient care. Will transcribe using both standardized templates and free form. This position requires the ability to work independently at home and maintain patient confidentiality. Strong computer and word processing skills required. Must have accurate typing skills plus the ability to transcribe 60 words per minute. General office skills required. Ability to work well under time constraints and in stressful conditions. Requires a high school diploma or equivalency with a minimum of two years transcription experience in a healthcare setting. Certified Medical Transcriptionist (CMT) credentials preferred but not required.
CRT or RRT for PRN day position. Roughly 12 to 24 hours per week. Must be willing to take call if needed. Current CPR and ACLS or able to obtain ACLS within 6 months. At least one year acute care experience required. Experience with post-op surgical patients a plus.
Multi-faceted leadership role, Facility Coordinator works directly under the Clinical Director, directly responsible for patient care services including greeting/reception, admissions and payment collection, as well as coordination of referrals to various specialists. Additional responsibilities include assisting Clinical Director with staff scheduling and departmental budgeting, and assuring compliance with workplace and safety standards.

We are seeking candidates who have at least 2 years’ experience coding in an acute care setting. Candidates must possess strong analytical skills for validating accuracy of coded information and MS-DRG assignment to ensure compliance and proper facility reimbursement. The HIM Coders acts as resource people for the billing and clinical staff. CCS Credentials are preferred for this position.
Progressive Outpatient Surgical Unit utilizing the shared governess model has an opening for a PRN Operating Room RN. NO weekends, NO holidays, NO evenings/nights, and NO call. Qualified applicants must have a current Texas license as well as previous Operating Room experience.
Work in a state of the art facility. Main hospital position is 4 days a week; 10 hr shifts with a rotating day off and call (nights/weekends possibility). Experience and certification required.
