PAIN PRACTICE MANAGER (FT) – LINDALE
Primary responsibility for operations in a hospital-owned, specialty interventional spine and pain management practice. Responsible for staffing and scheduling as well as staff training and annual evaluations. Manage front desk, scheduling, medical assistant and radiologic technician staff. Coordinate with central business office for insurance verification, authorization and billing. Interacts with multiple departments including procurement, IT, pharmacy, laboratory, procedural and radiology. Responsible for assuring high-level patient satisfaction. Meet deadlines for reporting to administration. Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role at a hospital or clinic practice. Bachelors degree required or equivalent work experience, Masters degree preferred.
FAMILY NURSE PRACTITIONER (FT M-F DAY) – LINDALE
Nurse Practitioner at Texas Spine & Joint Hospital in Lindale, Texas. The NP will be working in a hospital-owned, specialty interventional spine and pain management practice. The NP will act under the authority and supervision of the attending physician and in accordance with all regulations, hospital policy, protocols and clinical pathways. Must hold a current Texas advance practice nursing license, current BLS and ACLS certification or the ability to obtain these within 90 days upon hire. The NP applicant will have a minimum 1-year recent hospital and/or urgent care/clinic experience. Minimum 2-years’ experience preferred.
STAFF NURSE RN DAY (FT) – INPATIENT CARE UNIT
The RN has the responsibility to plan, direct, organize, coordinate and implement all nursing care services for patients in a manner suitable to accepted standards of care. The RN ensures the highest quality and safe delivery of patient care while maintaining compliance with professional nursing, JCAHO, and all Federal and State standards of care. Unit is open 24 hours 7 days a week. Staff self-schedule.
CERTIFIED SURGICAL TECH (CST) FT -MAIN HOSPITAL
Work in a state of the art facility. Experience and certification required. FT Monday – Friday day schedule.
ATHLETIC TRAINER TROUP ISD (FT) SPORTS MEDICINE
Must be licensed as an Athletic Trainer or eligible for the AT License. BSWTSJH is looking for an Athletic Trainer for TROUP ISD. The individual will be working at a high school setting as a staff Athletic Trainer. All BSWTSJH athletic trainers collaborate closely with orthopedic surgeons, nurses, x-ray personal, and therapist. Staff athletic trainers will be under the supervision of the school Athletic Director or Head Athletic Trainer along with the Director of Sports Medicine for Baylor Scott & White Texas Spine & Joint Hospital. Job requirements include care and prevention of athletic injury, rehabilitation, travel with high-risk sports, practice and game coverage, and training room management. This position is dedicated to the school and have minimal outside requirements. If work not related to the school is asked additional compensation will be added for that event. Salary range between $56,000 – $75,000 depending on experience and degree level: included is health insurance, 401k, CEU allotment, BOC renewal, Texas License reimbursement.

Unit is open 24 hours 7 days a week. Staff self-schedule. Graduate of an accredited RN School of Nursing. At least 1 year experience as an RN in hospital Medical/Surgery, ICU experience strongly preferred. RN, current in the State of Texas. Current ACLS preferred or able to obtain within 6 months of hire. Ability to make decisions based on nursing judgment. Able to prioritize and organize workload to meet needs of patients and unit. Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
PATIENT ACCOUNT COLLECTOR (FT)
PATIENT ACCOUNT COLLECTOR is responsible for review, follow-up and collection of payments. Maintain insurance logs and payer trends. Hours are from 8-4:30pm or 7:30 – 4pm, (hours are somewhat flexible). High school diploma or equivalent with one year of healthcare experience required including familiarity with Medicare and insurance regulations.
OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST (PRN) – BRAIN INJURY REHAB
New department. We are looking for a licensed occupational therapist to perform occupational therapy services to include OT evaluations/re-evaluations, OT treatments, completing appropriate documentation, ongoing communication with the Director of Brain Injury Rehabilitation and rehab staff. Prefer an OT with visual re-training therapy experience.
