C.N.A. (FT NIGHTS) – INPATIENT CARE UNIT
Looking for experienced C.N.A. at Texas Spine and Joint Hospital in Tyler, Texas. Must have one year of hospital C.N.A. experience and must hold current C.N.A. certification. Requires current BLS or ability to obtain within 30 days of employment. We self schedule with guidelines. Unit is open 7 days a week/24 hours a day. Night shift hours are from 6:45 pm to 7:00am.
PHLEBOTOMIST (PRN SAT/SUN 5AM-7AM) – LAB
Our Laboratory has an immediate opening for an experienced phlebotomist with excellent people skills. This position collects blood from patients in our Inpatient Care Unit on Saturday and Sunday mornings from 5:00 – 7:00. Availability to work additional shifts as needed is a plus. Phlebotomy certification preferred and phlebotomy experience is required.
STAFF NURSE (PRN) – PAIN MANAGEMENT
We are looking for an experienced RN with a great personality…..If you have conscious sedation experience (preferred) such as in GI Lab, Cath Lab and Telemetry, have good multitasking skills, able to work autonomously in a fast paced specialized area with one on one patient care, send us your resume. This position will primarily work in Pre/Post Pain with cross training in sedation. We work M-F, no Holidays and no Weekends! We work in interventional spine treatment with enjoyable co-workers and physicians.
RN OPERATING ROOM (PRN) – MAIN
Progressive Operating Room utilizing the shared governess model. Minimum of 2 years recent OR experience in a hospital or multi specialty ASC required. No weekends and no holidays. Candidates must have graduated from an accredited school of nursing and hold a current RN license to practice in the State of Texas. Current American Heart BLS or ACLS certification and experience working as an OR RN required. ACLS within 6 months of hire.
ATHLETIC TRAINER (FT) SPORTS MEDICINE
BSWTSJH is looking for Athletic Trainers to be imbedded in sports medicine programs for local high school settings in the Greater Tyler Texas area. Individuals will be working in a high school setting as a staff Athletic Trainer. All BSWTSJH athletic trainers collaborate closely with orthopedic surgeons, nurses, x-ray personal, and therapist. Staff athletic trainers will be under the supervision of the school Athletic Director or Head Athletic Trainer along with the Director of Sports Medicine for Baylor Scott $ White Texas Spine & Joint Hospital. Job requirements include care and prevention of athletic injury, rehabilitation, travel with high-risk sports, practice and game coverage, and training room management. These positions are dedicated to the school and have minimal outside requirements. If work not related to the school is asked additional compensation will be added for that event. Salary range between $56,000 – $75,000 depending on experience and degree level: included is health insurance, 401k, CEU allotment, BOC renewal, Texas License reimbursement.
RN (FT) – OPERATING ROOM OUTPATIENT SURGERY CENTER

MLT/MT (PRN) – LABORATORY
Our laboratory needs to supplement its coverage, and this is a great opportunity to use your skills in our full-service hospital laboratory. We are Joint Commission accredited, performing testing in chemistry, hematology, transfusion services, coagulation, urinalysis, and limited microbiology. The right candidate for this position must have excellent communication skills, be self-motivated and work independently. This position includes one weekend and one week of call per month. Phlebotomy experience is required. Experience with Ortho Vitros and Orchard Harvest is a plus for this candidate. Must be ASCP certified MLT/MT or equivalent with minimum of 2 years’ experience in a clinical laboratory. Great PRN rate!
