FRONT OFFICE REPRESENTATIVE (FT) – URGENT CARE TYLER
Front desk responsibilities include and not limited to answering all external calls; greeting every patient that arrives in the lobby of TSJH Urgent Care. They will review and scan ID & insurance cards, verification of benefits, LOP orders and any other vital information that is forwarded to him/her to enter in CPSI. Will ensure the lobby is always well maintained. Admit patients into CPSI & notify the Medical Assistant that they have a patient ready. Collect co-pays and run a daily report balancing all money collected. Minimum of one-year related experience in a healthcare facility. Hours of operations for Urgent Care facility are 7:30am – 8pm Monday-Saturdays with a rotating schedule. Position is located at the Tyler, Texas Urgent Care.
CERTIFIED SURGICAL TECH (FT) – OUTPATIENT SURGERY CENTER
Great working conditions. No weekends, no call and no Holidays. CST Certification required. Minimum 2 years recent scrub experience in a hospital or multispecialty ASC. Position is day hours. Employees work Monday-Friday and 10 hour shifts.
STAFF NURSE (PRN) – PAIN MANAGEMENT
We are looking for an experienced RN with a great personality…..If you have PACU and/or PreOp experience, have good multitasking skills, able to work autonomously in a very fast paced specialized area with one on one patient care, send us your resume. This position will work in Pre/Post Pain with a required 3 days a week sign-up . We work Monday through Thursday, flexible hours (many half-days), no Holidays and no Weekends! We work in interventional spine treatment with enjoyable co-workers and physicians.
STAFF NURSE RN (PRN) – RADIOLOGY
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate PRN (as needed) nurse to work every or most Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. The shifts typically range from 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM for post-myelogram recovery- times could vary depending on schedule. In addition to recovery care, the nurse will assist with patient phone calls and deliver the pre-procedure instructions the day before the appointment. The nurse will also receive training to cover for the FT radiology nurse in case the radiology nurse needs to take PTO (paid time off). The PRN nurse will collaborate with other nurse’s scheduled to assist in radiology. Qualifications: Valid nursing license. Experience in a healthcare setting, particularly in recovery or radiology, is preferred. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
MLT/MT (PRN) – LABORATORY
Our laboratory has a need to supplement its coverage, and this is a great opportunity to use your skills in our full-service hospital laboratory. We are Joint Commission accredited, performing testing in chemistry, hematology, transfusion services, coagulation, urinalysis, and limited microbiology. The right candidate for this position must have excellent communication skills, be self-motivated and work independently. Phlebotomy experience is a must. Experience with Ortho Vitros and Orchard Harvest is a plus for this candidate. Must be ASCP certified MLT/MT or equivalent with minimum of 2 years’ experience in a clinical laboratory. The hours on the weekend are from 5am to 9am. The employee will need to cover call one week per month. On-call starts on Monday, ends Sunday. The employee who is on call during the weekday, works the weekend and takes the call. On-call time starts at 6pm to 5am on weekdays.
UTILITY (DISHWASHER) PT FRI/SAT – CAFE
Maintains dishes, pots, pans, trays, kitchen, work areas, equipment and utensils in orderly and sanitary condition. Ability to read, write and interpret documents in English. Basic computer and mathematical skills. Must be able to occasionally lift or move up to 100 pounds, as well as maneuver and push food delivery carts. Must be able to rotate weekend shifts. Hours are 10am – 2:30pm on Fridays and 6:30am – 12:00 noon on Saturdays.
STERILE PROCESSING TECH (SPD TECH) (FT) – MAIN HOSPITAL
The sterile processing technician follows guidelines in areas of asepsis, instrumentation, sterilization techniques, record keeping, and inventory control of equipment. Requires previous experience in a medical facility as a sterile processing tech. Current certification preferred. If not certified, must obtain certification within 1 year. Hours Monday – Friday.
PHYSICAL THERAPIST CLINIC (FT) – LONGVIEW
Experience in outpatient orthopedics physical therapy required. Physical Therapist must be able to provide direct patient care, evaluate patient’s case history, functional capabilities, limitations and restrictions to determine the patients’ potential for rehabilitation. Physical Therapist will establish and administer treatment programs with specific goals defined by the patient’s capacity and tolerance and in accordance with physician orders. Physical therapist will educate patient, document and record the patient’s condition and provide continuing updates on patient condition. Requirements include: Must have graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy program. Current state license as a Registered Physical Therapist / PT or actively in the application process. Current CPR certification.
OPERATING ROOM AIDE (FT) – MAIN OR
The OR Aide works under the direct supervision of the OR Clinical Director. It is his/her duty to provide the operating room personnel ancillary assistance in delivering quality patient care in the preoperative phase to minimize risks for the patient undergoing surgery. Assist in setting up the surgical suite, cleans OR suites between cases, and maintains flash sterilization, Steris Chemical Sterilizer, medication refrigerator, and bone freezer tests and records daily. High school certificate or equivalency, previous experience as OR Aide preferred, general computer skills, must have at least one year of hospital experience.
