Thomas W. Grahm, M.D. is board certified by the American Board of Neurological Surgery. Dr. Grahm specializes in brain, spinal and peripheral nerve surgery. His special interests are vascular neurosurgery including aneurysms, AVMs, skull base tumors, brain tumors and stereotactic radiosurgery (Cyberknife).

Degrees and Education
Dr. Grahm earned his medical degree (M.D.) from the University of Texas at Galveston. He continued his medical studies in Phoenix, completing a general surgery internship at the Phoenix Integrated Surgical Program and a residency in neurological surgery at Barrow Neurological Institute. He also completed a neurovascular and skull base tumor fellowship at Barrow. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Neurological Surgery, and a Fellow of American College of Surgeons. Dr. Grahm is the Medical Director of the Neurosurgical Intensive Care Unit and Neurosurgery Section Chairman at East Texas Medical Center. He is also past Chairman of the Board and past Chief of Staff at Baylor Scott & White Texas Spine & Joint Hospital. Dr. Grahm has been a member of Tyler Neurosurgical Associates since July 1990.
