ADMITTING REPRESENTATIVE (FT) – LONGVIEW RADIOLOGY CLINIC 

Full Time Admitting/Receptionist.  Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Primary duties while admitting include gathering patient and insurance data and entering into our computer system as well as discussing finances with the patient and collecting fees.  As receptionist he/she will greet every patient or customer that arrives in the lobby of TSJH Longview.   One year’s previous healthcare experience required.  Excellent phone voice, computer skills, professional appearance, and customer service skills are also required.  Ability to multitask under pressure. 

PATIENT ACCOUNT COLLECTOR (FT) 

PATIENT ACCOUNT COLLECTOR is responsible for review, follow-up and collection of payments.  Maintain insurance logs and payer trends.  Hours are from 8-4:30pm or 7:30 – 4pm, (hours are somewhat flexible).  High school diploma or equivalent with one year of healthcare experience required including familiarity with Medicare and insurance regulations.

RELEASE OF INFORMATION (ROI) TECHNICIAN (FT) – MEDICAL RECORDS 

THIS IS NOT A REMOTE POSITION.  The ROI Technician is responsible for processing all legal record requests for medical, billing and radiology films in accordance with federal and state regulations, including HIPAA guidelines.  Receive, review, and process record requests to include filling out affidavits, deposition questions as well as notarizing. Verify authorization forms for completeness and compliance with HIPAA and state regulations. Log, track, and document all ROI activities in tracking systems. Communicate with requestors regarding incomplete authorizations, fees, or clarification needs. Calculate and collect applicable fees in accordance with regulatory guidelines. This role ensures the accurate, timely, and secure release of protected health information (PHI) while maintaining patient confidentiality and organizational compliance standards.   Required Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum 1 year of experience in medical records. Knowledge of HIPAA privacy regulations and medical record confidentiality standards. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume requests. Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems.   Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, scanning systems, document management systems). Knowledge of insurance and EOB’S. Experience handling legal subpoenas, court orders.

SPEECH THERAPIST (PRN) – BRAIN INJURY REHAB

New department.  Works under the direction of the Director of Rehab and provides speech language pathology  services for individual SLP referrals and for referrals to the interdisciplinary brain injury rehabilitation programs.  This includes evaluating patient referrals, structuring, implementing, and progressing all SLP treatment plans, as appropriate with input from the interdisciplinary rehabilitation team.  The SLP is expected to treat patients with TBI’s, and any acquired cognitive deficits, including CVA referrals.  The SLP should be skilled in treating patients with cognitive impairments, speech deficits, and swallowing deficits. This position must be held by a licensed speech language pathologist.

OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST (PRN) – BRAIN INJURY REHAB

New department.  We are looking for a licensed occupational therapist to perform occupational therapy services to include OT evaluations/re-evaluations, OT treatments, completing appropriate documentation, ongoing communication with the Director of Brain Injury Rehabilitation and rehab staff.  Prefer an OT with visual re-training therapy experience.

HOUSEKEEPER (PRN) – OUTPATIENT SURGERY CENTER 

The Housekeeping Attendant is responsible for environmental cleaning and disinfecting. This individual performs a variety of routine cleaning functions in assigned area to maintain a sanitary, attractive and orderly condition.  Facility is open Monday – Friday.  Primary hours will be 3pm – 11:30pm as needed.  Occasional day shift coverage may be needed.  Completion of high school education or equivalent preferred. Must be able to read, write and follow instructions. At least two to six months of experience as an Environment Attendant. Hospital experience preferred.  Possess the ability to follow established cleaning methods in performing daily tasks.

STAFF NURSE RN DAY (FT) – INPATIENT CARE UNIT

The RN has the responsibility to plan, direct, organize, coordinate and implement all nursing care services for patients in a manner suitable to accepted standards of care.  The RN ensures the highest quality and safe delivery of patient care while maintaining compliance with professional nursing, JCAHO, and all Federal and State standards of care. Unit is open 24 hours 7 days a week.  Staff self-schedule. 

CERTIFIED SURGICAL TECH (FT) – OUTPATIENT SURGERY CENTER

Great working conditions.   No weekends, no call and no Holidays.  CST Certification required.  Minimum 2 years recent scrub experience in a hospital or multispecialty ASC.  Position is day hours.  Employees work Monday-Friday and 10 hour shifts.

RADIOLOGY TECHNOLOGIST (PRN) – MAIN OR

Looking for a Radiology SPECIALTY Tech-PRN
Exhibit competent age specific skills in assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating individual patient needs before and during X-ray procedure.  Limited to medium C-Arm knowledge.  Associate degree in Radiologic Technology with ARRT in Radiology and licensed with the State of Texas.  Current CPR certification.  AT LEAST 1 YEAR OF SURGICAL X-RAY TECH EXPERIENCE REQUIRED.

RN Operating Room (PRN) – Main Hospital

Progressive Operating Room utilizing the shared governance model. Minimum of 2 years recent OR experience in a hospital or multi-specialty ASC required. No weekends and no holidays. Candidates must have graduated from an accredited school of nursing and hold a current RN license to practice in the State of Texas. Current American Heart BLS or ACLS certification and experience working as an OR RN required. ACLS within 6 months of hire.
