FRONT OFFICE REPRESENTATIVE (FT) – PAIN MANAGEMENT SPECIALTY CLINIC LINDALE, TEXAS

The administrative tasks include updating patients’ records, verifying insurance eligibility and handling patient admission.  This duty is performed daily.  Minimum of one-year related experience in a healthcare facility.  Hours of operations for facility are 8am – 5pm M-F.  Position is located in Lindale, Texas. 

MEDICAL ASSISTANT (FT) – PAIN MANAGEMENT SPECIALTY CLINIC LINDALE, TEXAS

The Medical Assistants work closely with patients and under the supervision of Nurse Practitioners & Physician.  Medical assistants spend a significant amount of time working directly with patients obtaining medical history information; checking vital signs; performing tests; collecting specimens and administering injections/medications.  Entering patient data in CPSI. They will also perform the administrative tasks such as but not limited to maintaining compliance records; inventory & ordering supplies.  Primary location: Lindale, Texas  Hours: Monday – Friday 8:00am-5:00pm.  Must hold a current MA license/certification.   Experience in a clinic or hospital required.

STERILE PROCESSING TECH (SPD TECH) (FT) – MAIN HOSPITAL 

The sterile processing technician follows guidelines in areas of asepsis, instrumentation, sterilization techniques, record keeping, and inventory control of equipment.  Requires previous experience in a medical facility as a sterile processing tech. Current certification preferred.  If not certified, must obtain certification within 1 year.  Hours Monday – Friday 10am – 6:30pm.

HIM TECH (FT) – MEDICAL RECORDS 

Responsible for the assembly of all in-patient and out-patient medical records.   Assists with faxing, filing, and scanning records.  Prints all records for external auditors.  Prioritizes, locates, pulls, assembles, analyzes charts for deficiencies, scans, electronically tracks.  Answers phones and assists patients with requested records and films.  Mon- Fri, 8-4:30

CERTIFIED SURGICAL TECH (CST) FT -MAIN HOSPITAL

Work in a state of the art facility.  Experience and certification required.  FT Monday – Friday day schedule.

ATHLETIC TRAINER TROUP ISD (FT) SPORTS MEDICINE 

Must be licensed as an Athletic Trainer or eligible for the AT License.  BSWTSJH is looking for an Athletic Trainer for TROUP ISD.  The individual will be working at a high school setting as a staff Athletic Trainer. All BSWTSJH athletic trainers collaborate closely with orthopedic surgeons, nurses, x-ray personal, and therapist.  Staff athletic trainers will be under the supervision of the school Athletic Director or Head Athletic Trainer along with the Director of Sports Medicine for Baylor Scott & White Texas Spine & Joint Hospital.  Job requirements include care and prevention of athletic injury, rehabilitation, travel with high-risk sports, practice and game coverage, and training room management. This position is dedicated to the school and have minimal outside requirements. If work not related to the school is asked additional compensation will be added for that event.  Salary range between $56,000 – $75,000 depending on experience and degree level: included is health insurance, 401k, CEU allotment, BOC renewal, Texas License reimbursement.

PATIENT ACCOUNT COLLECTOR (FT) 

PATIENT ACCOUNT COLLECTOR is responsible for review, follow-up and collection of payments.  Maintain insurance logs and payer trends.  Hours are from 8-4:30pm or 7:30 – 4pm, (hours are somewhat flexible).  High school diploma or equivalent with one year of healthcare experience required including familiarity with Medicare and insurance regulations.

OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST (PRN) – BRAIN INJURY REHAB

New department.  We are looking for a licensed occupational therapist to perform occupational therapy services to include OT evaluations/re-evaluations, OT treatments, completing appropriate documentation, ongoing communication with the Director of Brain Injury Rehabilitation and rehab staff.  Prefer an OT with visual re-training therapy experience.
